Our IDD Services Division was created to empower people across every stage of life—from childhood through adulthood—with personalized, inclusive, and forward-thinking supports.

Creative Change Counseling IDD Services empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across every stage of life — from childhood through adulthood — by delivering personalized, innovative, and inclusive supports that promote growth, independence, and community belonging.
We proudly serve Burlington, Mercer, and surrounding counties in New Jersey, partnering with families, schools, support coordinators, and state systems to ensure that every individual has access to the services, technology, and opportunities they deserve.

IDD Services
At Creative Change, we offer a full continuum of supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, tailored to each person’s goals, age, and life stage. We currently offer services for both children & youth and adults, funded through Medicaid, PerformCare, or available via private pay.
Children & Youth Services
After School Respite (Ages 5–11)
Offered at We Rock the Spectrum in Mt. Laurel, this program provides a nurturing and sensory-friendly space where younger children with developmental disabilities can build social skills, express creativity, and enjoy structured play after school.
After School Respite (Ages 12–17)
Held at The Spot Teen in Mt. Laurel, this program supports preteens and teens in developing life skills, forming friendships, and engaging in safe, age-appropriate recreation. School pickup is available.
ABA Therapy (IIH-B) – Coming Soon
Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, delivered in-home and at our Hamilton center. Services will be supervised by licensed BCBAs and customized to meet each child’s goals.
Private Pay Youth Services
Families not currently enrolled in CSOC/PerformCare can access after-school respite programming on a private pay basis. Customizable schedules and rates available.
Adult Services
Day Habilitation Program – Coming Soon
Our Hamilton-based adult day program is launching soon, offering vibrant, community-integrated programming focused on life skills, wellness, and recreation. Join our interest list for early enrollment.
Supported Employment (Individual & Group)
Helping individuals with developmental disabilities find and succeed in jobs that match their strengths, through job coaching, resume prep, interview skills, and ongoing support in the workplace.
Community-Based Supports (CBS) & Individual Supports (IS)
Flexible, person-directed services that help individuals increase independence at home and in the community, available under the Supports Program or Community Care Program.
Monthly Social & Recreation Events
We host monthly social events for adults with IDD at The Spot in Mt. Laurel. Events are open to current participants and community members looking for inclusive, low-pressure social spaces.
Currently, we are hosting Karaoke Night – Every last Friday of the month, 6:00–8:30 PM at The Spot in Mt. Laurel.
Advocacy
Creative Change is committed to more than service delivery—we are active advocates for inclusion, accessibility, and lifelong dignity. Through local partnerships, public education, and system navigation support, we help families and individuals understand their rights, find their voice, and connect to the services they need. Our staff can assist with:
- Nutrition, Health, and Wellness
- Navigating the DDD or PerformCare system
- School-to-adult transition support
- Connecting with advocacy networks and disability rights resources
- Hosting community events that promote visibility and inclusion
